- What happens to my data?
- Your data is yours. It lives in a private notebook you can read, edit, and export at any time. We never train general models on it, never sell it, and never share it with third parties. Your data is deleted promptly when you request it, and the privacy architecture is audited and documented.
- Do I still need a human coach?
- Maybe. Pursu isn't a replacement for the deep, relational work a good human coach does over months. What Pursu replaces is the 80 percent of career work that's operational: drafting outreach, comparing skills, spotting patterns, building weekly momentum. If you work with a human coach, Pursu makes them more effective by doing the work between your sessions.
- What if the AI gets something wrong?
- It sometimes will. Pursu has explicit guardrails: every work product is reviewable, every pattern observation is based on what you actually said, and the specialists tell you when they're uncertain. You can edit any notebook entry, reject any recommendation, and push back on any specialist. Our quality framework is documented and improves with every session.
